Living In My Head

All the times that I spent laying in my bed all the thoughts and emotions that are keeping me depressed i find it hard to find a meaning of this life that i am in Its taking all my energy I don’t think i can win I’m crying out I need some help the same four walls is a living hell I need some help to get me out of this hole I tried so hard to make it through The pain inside me I can’t do I can’t live inside my own head anymore Im struggling to stay a float I am struggling to swim the force of all my demons are trying to drag me in my chest is tight and I can’t breathe I want this hell to end I want to take my life back surely this can mend I’m crying out I need some help the same four walls is a living hell I need some help to get me out of this hole I tried so hard to make it through The pain inside me I can’t do I can’t live inside my own head anymore I try to hide my feelings and try to hide the tears but the walls are closing in on me the pain inside is real i got support from others my life is back on track I want to get it out there that we are not alone so please don’t suffer silently because there is always hope I’m crying out I need some help the same four walls is a living hell I need some help to get me out of this hole I tried so hard to make it through The pain inside me I can’t do I can’t live inside my own head anymore
