You were the star that brightened up our lives, already as a little baby with a mind full of your own ideas. Stubborn, curious, and full of energy, that’s exactly what made you unique from the very beginning. Dandelion Kindergarten in Schmachtendorf – the time flew by, then St. George’s Primary School – brave and bright. At just five years old, you spoke English so naturally, for many unimaginable, but for you it was completely ordinary. Traveling around the world with the family, seeing so many countries, especially overseas – always discovering something new. At such a young age, you explored places that are still on many adults’ bucket lists. New York, Miami, Phuket, Mombasa by the sea, Hong Kong, Vancouver, and Toronto too. No matter where the journey led, you were always ready for every new adventure and every wonderful moment. Happy Birthday, Chelsy, today the spotlight belongs to you, 17 years full of life – never stop dreaming. The future is waiting for you, now your time begins, with courage, with heart, and with your smile, you are ready. Then came Otto Hahn High School, and at first everything went well, but Corona put so many things to the test – that took courage. Latin, because Mom said, “It will help you later!” But fives, sixes, and annoying teachers made it no fun. Math was never your greatest strength, everyone here knows that, even tutoring lessons unfortunately didn’t help that much. Cheating in Latin eventually became your last lifeline, but sadly, your teachers didn’t find that amusing at all. After ninth grade, the path was not completely clear, private school in Neuss – and suddenly your goal was within reach. You found new ways, step by step, and followed your own path – full of confidence. At home, it’s sometimes pure chaos, clothes all over the floor – always the same story. Gucci on the chair, hoodies lying in the hallway, a new towel for every shower – almost a tradition by now. Expensive handbags everywhere – simply your favorite hobby, Cleaning up? “Maybe tomorrow…” – that’s teenage life. Puberty wasn’t always easy, we all know that, but you’re stronger than you sometimes believe – and we’re proud of you. Happy Birthday, Chelsy, your journey is only beginning, with your intermediate school certificate and advanced technical diploma, you’ve set yourself a goal. Healthcare will be your path, maybe one day in Canada, where you already feel at home today – and perhaps later in the USA. The whole world is open to you, your dream is within reach, a wonderful dream that many envy, year after year. Now driving school begins – time to learn the traffic signs! Life has so much waiting for you, dream big.
